As long as you don't have red-carpet set to 'remove downloaded files at
exit' they should still be there.

Red-carpet will compare the files in /var/cache/redcarpet (don't
remember the path off the top of my head) - if they match, they'll be
skipped - otherwise they are downloaded or resumed.
