OT: Dial-Up Provider

Are we still supporting Unitywave as the recommended dial-up service?
I only need about 5 months of service(1) so my requirements are simple:
no "setup fee" and a Usenet server.

I only ask because I haven't seen Kimi in a while and the list archive
is down.

(1) Could be longer depending on the HSI options available at my new
