thought that it was fine as long as sndconfig worked

bash: sndconfig: command not found
So I checked the man file on it as well and again, everything appeared normal.
So I switched to the etc directory.
[root@localhost etc]# sndconfig
bash: sndconfig: command not found
What am I doing wrong?
