A+ Prep - was Potential PLUG Presentation?

Am 03. Nov, 2002 schwätzte Bart Garst so:

I thought A+ was supposed to be hardware certification? Knowing what PCI,
SCSI, front side cache, back side cache, etc. is. If it's m$ stuff it isn't
hardware.
