I was having that happen a little while ago (and it happens alot on the
Solaris machines at work). I really haven't debugged it, but I found
that deleting the OpenOffice directory in your home directory, and then
rerunning the setup, things were happy again. It's kinda annoying
because you loose all your settings and your theme (if you're using
one).
I imagine that one file in there is getting corrupted on some shutdowns,
but I don't know which. I'll have to write a script to figure that out
next time it happens, I thought that it might just be the PPC build, but
it seems like others have the problem.
