executables usually go in the bin directory, so, from the command line I
would first make sure
/usr/local/bin/tsclient
is executable (chmod as needed), then execute it by entering
/usr/local/bin/tsclient
at the command prompt.

file and double-clicking it. How do you make a file executable from the
GUI? Good question, I have no idea. I'd use the command line myself.
