After rpm

Down-loaded a file named tsclient-0.9-1.i386.rpm
Did the rpm thing.
Now have the following:

/usr/local/bin/tsclient
/usr/local/share/tsclient
/usr/local/share/tsclient/pixmaps
/usr/local/share/tsclient/pixmaps/colors-hi.png
... several more /usr/local/share/tsclient/pixmaps/???????.png
/home/ggambill/tsclient-0.9-1.i386.rpm

It's on RH8

How do I run tsclient from the GUI?
How do I run tsclient from the command line?

Any help will be greatly, greatly, greatly appreciated!!!
