It should be stated that there are plug-ins which are simple to download
& install to enable mp3 in xmms on RH 8 and likewise, I believe that
it's somewhat trivial to add the codecs to play DVD's but they aren't
being distributed by RedHat for the licensing issues as previously
stated.
