I seem to be able to open it just fine using:

Java(TM) Plug-in 1.3.1_04-b02
I have the full Java Development Kit (Sun) ver. 1.4 also so I changed the link
for the plugin to that.
It works also.
They are using a Java applet to generate a banner ad at the bottom of the
screen. (Yuk)
Drop the old version of Netscape and go with Mozilla 1.1...
