I think that you are meat!
North Scottsdale is dismal for DSL coverage and Cox blocks ports 25 & 80
RNI has a tower near runway at Airpark for RF DSL but the effective
radius isn't much more than 2 or 3 miles. You might want to try
sattelite co's.
