I've used mysqlgui. It's a bit spartan, but get the job done.
If you're looking for something more full featured, I've been using Free
Mascon (
www.scibit.com)
and have found it to be very good. The free version doesn't have all the
features of the pay version, but I haven't needed any of the "pay for"
features. If your familiar with MS SQL Server, it's very close to the
Enterprise Manager GUI tool.
