I installed Quanta+ but how do I execute it?

Subject: I installed Quanta+ but how do I execute it?
My installation doesn't have -->Configure Panel-- however, using Konqueror, I
simply dragged and dropped the icon for the app onto the desktop for a link
and I'm good to go.
