Subject: Debian CD Mount and copying files from CD-Rom
What is the proper way to mount a cd-rom in Debian?

I did "mount /dev/cdrom", then did a "df" and it showed the cd-rom in the
listing. But then when I tried to "cd /dev/cdrom" I could not get to the
device.
