PostNuke install problem

Just loaded RH 7.3 on the laptop. Have apache and php4 and mysql 3.23
installed. Downloaded the Rogue version of PostNuke. When I tried to run
the install.php script via Galeon, and both before and after creating
the DB from root, I get the following:



No database made.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mysql_connect() in
/var/www/html/test/html/pnadodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 108

Without pre-creating the DB, it says the mysql_pconnect() is undefined
in line 36ish. I did install it on my desktop which runs Mandrake 8.1. I
seem to remember I had to change something, somewhere, but I'm brain
dead. Any quick solutions out there?
