Can we fix the PLUG list server/configuration?

Subject: Can we fix the PLUG list server/configuration?
Fairly certain its not on my end as others have complained, but more
importantly I'm on numerous email lists with more traffice and run about
600-800 messages daily and only have this problem with the plug list.

FWIW: its spotty, sometimes plug returns things within minutes other times
it nears 45 minutes.
