Linux Friendly ISP

You can go straight through qwest, although you wont be able to get a statip IP, if you want one you have to go through a third party like fastq(at least as far as i know if anyone knows how to get a static ip from qwest pleae let me know) I have thier 1MB vdsl connection which is about 100 dollars a month for net and cable tv. actual speeds i get are about 6-900 down and ive gotten as high as 1200 up, go figure :P
