One site you can get Red Hat from is
http://www.linuxiso.org. If you
want to ftp it you go to one of the following sites,
ftp.redhat.com or
redhat.netnitco.net, I have had faster times with netnitco. You can also
look at
http://www.redhat.com/download/mirror.html for a list of other
sites.
