we mostly got requests for a general topic I'll call layout.

The specifics were how to multi-boot and requests for info on specific
boot-loaders.

There was also a request for info on how to partition a drive.

I think all of that could fit into a nice presentation. Anyone want to
volunteer?

Both the Sequoia meeting a week from tomorrow and the GCC meeting at the end
of the month are open at this point. Choose one or both :).

Other requests were editors ( nice to see Jiva wants to finally explore emacs
;-) and WINE.

For editors we could have something covering the basics of an editor or
something more akin to black magic side of things. If the latter, I think it
would still be good to cover the basics ( get into the editor, how to edit,
how to save, how to not save, how to get help and how to quit ), but that's
not a requirement.
