The HSP56 is a modem solution from PC-Tel. The marketing rags for the modem
chip set are at http://www.pctel.com/products/Analog/analog.htm

If the board you have is what PC-Tel calls a "soft modem" then you will need
to go to the linmodem.org web site as someone else pointed to. The call the
product the "Sapphire HSP56 MicroModem"
