I won't be able to attend - funny how government agencies schedule things so
that most of their constituents are unable to attend - but I think that the
important thing is to make the forum hosts aware of the debarment clause.
After they accept the fact that MS is convicted, they will still try to sign
the agreement. They will say they have no alternatives. Then is the time to
inform them of the many alternatives that they do have.
