If you use the Tar ball from thier website, you'll have to add the ssl afterwords. thus you still may be http://192.168.xx:10000

IIRC, the latest versions require you to use https://192.168.x.x:10000
Gotta use the secure login.

At least that's so on my fresh install of Mandrake 8.2
