Miniserv on eth0 (was: Webmin via Apache)

OK, my question has changed.

Webmin as a web server, miniserv, that comes with it. It does not seem to be
watching for connections on the ethernet, only the loopback (localhost)
connection. How do I get it to serve pages out the eth0?
