Ethical hacking/cracking

Hello,

Would you guys know of hacking/cracking the password key stored in
Windows NT registry by an application? Application in question is 'Funk
Software Proxy' and it seems to have stored the password in binary form.

(The guy who ghost imaged the system left the company and now we have to
connect to them.)

Any help is appreciated
