True Type Fonts and Opera/Galeon

Hello,

Do Opera and Galeon support TTF? I installed them on my Redhat 7.2 system and I can see/use them in my email client - Sylpheed. But, it doesn't get used when I browse with Opera 6.0 or Galeon. I know it is not getting used, because when I visit my native tongue specific sites -- it's all garbled.
