job of hardware/software inventory on a PC.
If we are setting up Internet and e-mail for them, they will need logon and
pasword info. Not something that the ordinary Windows user has at the ready.
Oh, and someone better pick up a couple of dozen "AOL 7.0 for Linux" CDs at
CompUSA, too. <g>
