Subject: Using Unauthorized Software Copies a Felony in Arizona
Did you know that it's not just a violation of your EULA, folks, it's
against the law -- according to the Arizona Revised Statutes, section
44-1455 (Use of unauthorized copy of computer software; violation;
classification),

"A person who knowingly uses, other than for personal, noncommercial
use, an unauthorized copy of computer software that when used depicts,
incorporates or displays or causes to be depicted, incorporated or
displayed a mark [e.g, trademark] that has been registered under this
article for computer software is guilty of a class 5 felony."
