Slightly OT: SUN Ultra 30 Workstation equivalence

Hi all,

Does anyone know roughly what a SUN Ultra 30 workstation (with 256Mb ram)
would be equivalent to on an x86 architecture.
Is it about the same as a P3-800Mhz, or P2-400Mhz, or P4???

I know that the SUNs use RISC chips and there is no "direct conversion"
between the two, but a rough guideline would be helpful.
