Actually, you can. It's just like a file I believe but instead you point
to the device for the cdrom (like making iso's of a previous cd).
Example: /dev/cdrom
Redhat has the md5sums on their website (ftp maybe). I read something
about md5s being inside the image itself but I'm not really sure. Never
done that before.
