konqueror dead after gentoo update...

I did an update on Gentoo and it updated to KDE3... There was a
problem with libpng that Gontran pointed me to a general solution. The
problem now is that konqueror gives me the following errors when I start
it up:

(in error window)
Could not read network connection list
/..../.DCOPserver_...

Please check that "dcopserver" program running.

It is not. What should I reemerge or update in /etc, or wherever to fix
this?
