Looking for CHEAP laptop

Needs to run WINDOWS (I know but need to get to AOL).

Speed no object. Would like CD. Must have modem (don't much care about
speed, faster the better :)).

Money very important.

I have a Toshiba Satellite needs fixing - anyone know of a (again cheap)
repair shop, in case no one is trying to dump an old working laptop.
