I don't think they have even blocked outgoing ports. They are currently
blocking incoming port 80 and 25.... so you can send all the spam mail you
want, but you can't setup a mail system that will allow you to filter your
mail real well. I don't see the point of the block.

What you can do is buy their business service for $60 a month and that gets
you a totally clean pipe and a handfull of IP's
