I have no problems with Cox. They have never failed me yet. The only ports
they block is port 25 unless your on thier network, so it wouldn't matter
anyways :)

As for Cell phones. i'm not sure. I'm with Worldcom Wireless, but I dont
like it too much becuse I see I could have gotten way better deals..but
who's to say..
