What is the AP netblock? Do you mean IP ranges owned
by the Associated Press? (Excuse display of ignorance.)
I don't know about Outlook. Netscape 4.7 does not offer
a filter against the "Received" or "From<space>" headers.
Trademark note:
"spam" (lower case) is unsolicited e-mail.
"SPAM" is a lunch meat.
