Yes they give static IPs, for an extra $14.95/month. They do allow servers, but
only on the Business version of their DSL which is the only way to avoid MSN
from them. Try someplace like FastQ (www.fastq.com). Before you do any of
that, call qwest to see if they can even connect the line to you.
