Just got to try this last weekend. Mirrored drives, hot swappable. One was
going bad. Pull it out, replace it, let the hardware raid rebuild. Good
theory. It's not actually setup as a mirror or something, so the OS went
down ( it go really pissy about the hard drive disappearing ). Firewall kept
working. So, it's really easy to try.
BTW, for you *BSD nuts this was on one o' them :).
