ISDN

I have a case where I need to set up a small LAN (3-4) and the only
broadband access available is ISDN (no cable or dsl)(frame relay to much $$). I have never
worked with ISDN before, so my question is this: Do I use PPP to
'dialup' over the ISDN line?
