Evolution 1.0

Okay I'm tring to upgrade to Evolution 1.0 got the tar ball but while
trying to configure it I get an error saying my db.h version isn't high
enough. So I went to rpmfind.com to try to find a more recent version.
(That's what I do with .so files) doesn't seem to know what I'm talking
about. Any suggestions on how I can get a more to date version of db.h?
btw I'm running RH 7.2
