insmod error

I have installed a qlogic qla2200f optical host adapter into a dual PIII
server. Running SuSE 7.1, kernel 2.4.6-64GB-SMP, and i get the
following error:

qla2200.o: init_module: No such device

I contacted qlogic tech support and they were of no help. I have done a
bunch of searching on google, and I just don't even know where to start
to track down what the problem is and how to fix it.
