Subject: Local FTP
I talked to cable america reps and they told me that they block these
clients because it consumes there bandwidth. I find that hard to believe as I
was with Cox cable modem service for two years and everone I knew with the
service used Morpheus, limewire or a similar P2P client with no apparent
bandwidth problems on Cox's end, but that is what cable america said.
I could understand maybe if I wasn't paying for my IP which I am on top of
my monthly charges.
