Microsoft sues "Lindows" for Windows infringement

"The suit asks the court to order the start-up to stop using the Lindows
name and also seeks unspecified monetary damages."

I'd be curious to know exactly how much "monetary damage" Microsoft
believes it has suffered from the currently-non-existent Lindows product.
