Linux on Qwest DSL with own ISP

I played here-we-go-round-the-mulberry-bush with half a dozen Qwest
operators yesterday before I finally got one who would admit to knowing
how to change my ISP from Qwest.net.

The change to MSN, by the by, is not applicable to business customers --
only residential.
