Subject: NT/2000 Terminal Services for Unix
Which distro are you using?

Lines 21 and 22 are include files for X11, so it's apparently not finding
them on your box. Try this:

locate Xlib.h
locate Xutil.h

Mine are both located in /usr/X11R6/include/X11/
