pour some wine on me

OK. The problem doesn't sound as good/disgusting(whatever the case may be) as it looks on the subject line.

I am trying to use wine on RedHat 7.1. The installation went ok, but when I try to install word 2000, it says in a popup window " An error occurred when installing or upgrading the Windows Installer".

Any help is appreciated.
