using smbspool to print to a windows NT share

Subject: using smbspool to print to a windows NT share
I am trying to get smbspool to work with a windows nt shared printer.
The error i get is:
"ERROR: Error writing to file:code 0"

then the printer thinks about printing, warms up, and then prints
nothing.
