Key binding

Okay here is what I want to do. I want to press a combination of keys
and get import to run (import -window root screen%n.jpg). Where %n is
the number of the screen print (ie screen1.jpg screen2.jpg ...etc).
Anyidea how I would go about doing this? I'm running Gnome/Helix/Sawfish
on RH7.2
