The disabling java/javascript does break a lot of usefull sites (gee
ya think there was some fore planning goin on) but it does stop the
popup ads. What I do is add an ipchain rule and use a script to
reject them in the routing table. Not it doesn't stop the popup
window, but it DOES kill the content. You end up loosing a few cycles
rendering a new window but your bandwith and senses are saved from
the mindless marketing drivle. :o)

Hi all, just wondering, is there some way to stop pop up ads in
Netscape? ie, the x-10 commercials.
Also, do you have to something else if closing the pop up window also
pops up a window.
