Cox now insists on DHCP protocol

My IP address only really changes if I reboot the cable modem. For a long
time I had The IP set static on my win98 box, but recently had to do a
complete reinstall due to a virus attack. I had zone alarm running too, I
think the virus got on my wifes computer first. Since then I have been using
the DHCP I guess it is a good thing i set it up different.
