We should send this thread to both Cox and Quest to let them know how
influential opinion is with reguards to their service. I'm going to go
with COX because their download speeds and I'm currently a cable and
phone customer. I am generally happy with the service that I've recieved
so far. With the exception that at my old apartment they took almost a
year to get the High Speed Internet installed into the complex and then
never notified anyone once they started their service. Their loss!

Companies are so stupid!
I just don't understand in this economy why you wouldn't let your
current customers know that you've installed a new service. I would have
signed up the day it started. I would have even put up with the initial
install hicups.
Furthermore, since I'm on my soapbox. Why don't apartments offer special
deals to current tentants? All my stuff is already there... it would be
very easy for me to stay. But nothing! No Special Deals! The worst part
is that my lease is up at the end of the month and they didn't even call
me to see if I would want to renew. I know their hurting for cutomers. I
would say that 1 in 4 apartments is empty... at least that's the number
I count when I walk my dog. You would think that they would try to keep
the customers they have. I'm moving to a newer apartment for less money...
I can't wait to get a house that way I don't have to move every year...
