You may want to look at getting a multi serial card something like
a cyclades that allows multi modems to be connected ...
The easiest way from the software side is to use MGetty..
if its for dialup from a windows box then alls u need to do is make sure
you have pap secrets set with
login * secret *
the last star is required sets allow ip allocation
