SOLVED: (RE: RPM weirdness...)

Subject: SOLVED: (RE: RPM weirdness...)
If I'm installing an RPM package, then I run RPM as root. If I'm
just querying the installed packages then I don't need to be root.
I actually fixed the problem last night by running this command:
rpm --rebuilddb
